Shakuhachi – this is a traditional Japanese flute.

Its deep, breathy, and meditative sound will gently lead you into a state of mindfulness and inner silence, allowing your thoughts to slow down and your awareness to settle into the present moment.
With its soft, organic tone and rich resonance, the shakuhachi creates a peaceful atmosphere of calm and clarity.
It is a powerful instrument for musical meditation and contemplative practice.

We will make the same instrument as you see in the photo for you.
But it will have its own small differences and unique features since there are no two identical trees in the world.
Approximate manufacturing time will be from 2 to 6 weeks.

We use exclusively natural materials and finishes.
The body of the flute is made from maple, with a dark walnut section in the middle, creating a beautiful natural contrast.
The mouthpiece (utaguchi) features an ebony insert for clearer tone and improved response.
The flute is coated with natural shellac, preserving the wood and enhancing its texture and appearance.
